How Employee Pricing Is Calculated

To understand how much you'll save, you need to know: Invoice, Holdback, Advertising Fee + a $275 program fee.

For example, here's how we calculate the price of the popular Ford F-150 XL:

• MSRP = $37,120
• Invoice = $35,375
• Destination fee = $1,355
• Ad fee = $716
• Holdback = $1,074

Here's how we read the math: Take invoice of $35,375 minus $1,074, minus $716, + $275 = $33,860.

Which Ford Models Are Eligible for Employee Pricing?

With some exceptions (contact dealer for details), you can get employee pricing on most new Fords, including current model year and previous-year models that we have in inventory.

Vehicles can be either bought, financed or leased, but lease arrangements must go through Ford Credit. The pricing plan cover only the price of the sale or lease.

And you can still trade in your current vehicle, but the deal will have to be negotiated directly with the dealer.
